The two of us are pondering over charging a membership fee to use the website and we’d like your opinions. Obviously nobody wants to pay for anything but it’s getting to the point now we just don’t have the time available to work on the project without some financial incentive.

To cut a long story short we think a yearly fee of £12 is fair (just £1 per month). We wouldn’t introduce this until the updates you’re all waiting for arrive.

Would you pay this? Or pay another amount or are you not prepared to pay at all? Bearing in mind we’re not talking about the current website features but new models, a range of new mods etc.

It would be really useful to hear your thoughts.

The majority of you have been asking when the base model will be done. I’ve blogged about this before and deliberately not set a release date to avoid disappointment. I realise it’s taking longer than you would like but the two of us working on Pugmodder are both very busy with other commitments which take priority over the site.

Please remember we work on the website in our spare time, we don’t charge you to use it, we make no money what so ever from doing it and what keeps us motivated is your compliments and interest in the development of the application.

I’ve tended to keep things under wraps in the past of what’s in the pipeline but to keep your hopes up I’ve done a sneaky peak of what we’ve been working on recently. Please bear in mind progress is slow at the moment and we can’t estimate when these updates will arrive.
